Description

The aim of this video is to follow the onscreen cues – take a deep breath in, hold it and then release.

Focus all of your attention on your breath and where it feels like your breath is coming from (does it feel like it is coming from your stomach, your diaphragm, your chest?).

If a thought does pop into your head, don’t try and push it away; acknowledge it, then let it go, bringing your attention back to your breath.

Breath focus helps you concentrate on your breathing, this aids you in disengaging from distracting thoughts and sensations and helps you reach a level of blissful calm; though it will take practice!
